I hired Bio-One for two difficult jobs and on both occasions everything happened exactly as promised and even better. These folks are professional, extremely good communicators and fair, and upfront about every aspect of their process. I can't recommend them enough if you should be considering hiring them. Do it, you won't regret it.

I haven't yet needed the services of Bio-One, but I worked with Krista side-by-side for a couple years and found her to be the most hard-working, dependable person. She never left a stone unturned on any job we did together - steadfast in finding a way. Matt and Krista are a delightful couple who can be counted on to do the kind of job you would expect and value. Krista was a trusted co-worked turned trusted friend. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We had an urgent waste-related incident in our warehouse that shut down production, and Krista went above and beyond to get it quoted and fully serviced for us within hours, at a very reasonable rate. This was our first time dealing with Bio-One. I hope we don't have cause to need them again, but if so they'll be our first call. Highly recommend.

Had a skunk spray our dogs and then the dogs ran through our house trying to wipe the scent off- literally the worst smell ever in our house. I called at 1 am and they had Charlotte at my house at 10! It’s much better and thankfully we can enjoy our house again tonight!

I received a call back from this company within 10 minutes at 8 PM. They came out the first thing the next morning to look at my mold problem, as promised. Before they arrived they sent me a text to let me know they were on their way. They arrived right on time! They came in and gave me an estimate and were professional. I knew I wanted them to do the job. When they came back today to remove the mold, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. The mold was removed and all dirty materials taken from my home. I would highly highly highly recommend this business if you need mold remediation.

Our company used their ozone gas treatment to get rid of odor in a residence. Odor was gone afterwards! I would definitely use again if the need arises. Courteous, professional and dependable! Very happy with their services!

I can't say enough about Krista and Matt with Bio-One! With a rental that was left in complete disarray after I had to evict, it was quite overwhelming to say the least. Matt & Krista quickly responded and gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. They quickly removed all the debris and junk and disinfectd the house to where I almost didn't recognize it. Very professional and a great value compared to other junk removal companies who don't even include the extra services Bio-One does. Would use again and would highly recommend!

I came into possession of my uncle's phone, which happened to have been on his body at the time he passed away. It was a while before they found him, so the phone was expectedly quite contaminated. I wouldn't have known what to do except I had seen some services performed where companies come out and help in situations like this. However, those were always larger jobs in those TikToks. When I called at 8:00 p.m. and explained the situation, the guy on the phone, who turned out to be Matt, was so polite. He squeezed me in his busy schedule and came out and cleaned the phone for me. we were able to recover the SIM cards which is fantastic. He had scheduled to come to my house at 9:00 a.m. and he showed up at 8:57. I was very impressed by his punctuality. While he was cleaning he made sure that he treated the phone with respect, and he did his best, and successfully disinfected and cleaned my uncle's phone. Meanwhile, he definitely helped keep my mind off of the fact that the phone was essentially covered in my uncle's decomposed body, by engaging in light small talk in a way that didn't feel like light small talk. To anyone who has a job big or small, I highly highly highly recommend this company as they sincerely care not just about their business but they care about us as customers. They are super professional, yet highly compassionate. And it's a locally owned business!

Wonderful service from Bio-One! When I first called, I spoke with Matt and he was so helpful and patient, offering suggestions and asking questions about my situation. We then made an appointment and Charlotte came out, found the problem, (which is going to require a plumber), and depending on what the plumber finds, Charlotte explained ways we might possibly fix the issue ourselves. She explained everything in layman terms, so that I understood exactly what would need to be done and what we would need to be able to do it. If it turns out to be a bigger issue than we can handle, Bio-One will come out to fix the problem. Both Matt and Charlotte were professional, kind, patient and provided excellent service! I will definitely use them in the future (although I hope we never need too) and will absolutely refer anyone who needs this service!

I called and IMMEDIATELY got to speak with Matt. He was exactly what we needed. Very compassionate, empathetic, gave us information we didnt even know to look into, and stopped everything THAT DAY to give us a quote. We had a quote within an hour. We did not hesitate on approving the quote. Stephanie then called us to coordinate scheduling the cleaning and she too was absolutely amazing. They had the space scheduled and cleaned within days and around OUR schedule. We have no words to thank them for their compassion, urgency and all together kindness during one of our hardest experiences in life. I CAN however share words of recommendations for this impeccable company and their compassionate and amazing staff. A heartfelt thank you to you all, from our family.
