I received a call back from this company within 10 minutes at 8 PM. They came out the first thing the next morning to look at my mold problem, as promised. Before they arrived they sent me a text to let me know they were on their way. They arrived right on time! They came in and gave me an estimate and were professional. I knew I wanted them to do the job. When they came back today to remove the mold, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. The mold was removed and all dirty materials taken from my home. I would highly highly highly recommend this business if you need mold remediation.

Bio-One handled a house for us that had issues with mold, vermin, and other bio-hazards. They worked well and professionally, were knowledgeable about the cleaning and structure as well as many recovered items, and were able to recover items of value that we would never have found ourselves. In addition they were very kind, and as they have a lot of experience with houses like this, they were able to reassure us that much of what we were dealing with follows a pattern and was not simply aberrant, which was greatly appreciated.

Matt and Krista came over immediately and helped to identify the source, clean the area, and restore our living space to its original state. Extremely nice and helpful. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We had an urgent waste-related incident in our warehouse that shut down production, and Krista went above and beyond to get it quoted and fully serviced for us within hours, at a very reasonable rate. This was our first time dealing with Bio-One. I hope we don't have cause to need them again, but if so they'll be our first call. Highly recommend.

Able to come out and clean a pretty nasty mess within 45 minutes charges a very fair price for some very messy work always professional and kind on the phone and very discreet I would recommend him to anyone and I have used this service more than once now. Never been disappointed
