We had several difficult items to move in a difficult environment (parents passed away/house I grew up in). Very understanding and very hardworking company. I am very happy with the service we received.

Bio-One was incredibly helpful when my father passed away at his home. I called them very late in the evening, expecting to get a voicemail, and got a live person who was extremely kind and empathetic and he got me connected with the person that schedules and coordinates and they came out the very next day. They were considerate and respectful while they were at the home and they actually handled all the paperwork of filing the claim with the homeowners insurance for flooring that needed to be removed. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need.

I hired Bio-One for two difficult jobs and on both occasions everything happened exactly as promised and even better. This company does hazard waste clean up. I had a mess under my house from leaking sewer and water pipes. They cleaned everything up to better than it was before! Prompt and reliable!

I called them on Thursday oct 7. Matt answered I told him my problem. Which is my moms passing went by graveyard and the tombstone 26 years old looks terrible. Mold mildew moss ect. He said we don’t normally do that service but I’ll have my GM call you and see if we can find someone. I’m about 2 minutes the GM call. Charolette !! She said we don’t do that but I have. I said do you know of anybody. She said I have done it before . I’ll come by and do it tomorrow at 3 pm. The morning of the 8th she sent a text of time arriving a picture of her. She was meeting my 95 year old dad. She showed dad went with her and it looks great.!! Mom passed October 10.
