I can't say enough about Krista and Matt with Bio-One! With a rental that was left in complete disarray after I had to evict, it was quite overwhelming to say the least. Matt & Krista quickly responded and gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed. They quickly removed all the debris and junk and sanitized the house to where I almost didn't recognize it. Very professional and a great value compared to other junk removal companies who don't even include the extra services Bio-One does. Would use again and would highly recommend!

As a former colleague of one of the owners, I wanted to let everyone know considering Bio-One of Asheville about the people you will be working with. Krista, of Bio-One's Krista and Matt team, took a leap of faith leaving her corporate job to do something instead with the opportunity to truly help people on a personal level. Beyond Krista's sincere desire to connect with and help others, she is whip smart and works efficiently, coming up with resolutions to problems; she was the other side of my brain for projects we worked on together. When I was stuck, overwhelmed or didn't know what to do, I knew Krista could help me think through it. Consider her the "clean up" for my brain! She always listened to me (or anyone she was working with), made sure she understood and would make sure we moved forward together. Outside of work, I have always admired Krista's passion and commitment to her family, so I know how much it means to her to be part of a family-run business. I haven't yet needed the services of Bio-One, but I worked with Krista side-by-side for a couple years and found her to be the most hard-working, dependable person. She never left a stone unturned on any job we did together - steadfast in finding a way. Matt and Krista are a delightful couple who can be counted on to do the kind of job you would expect and value. Krista was a trusted co-worked turned trusted friend. I couldn't more highly recommend.

I called them on Thursday oct 7. Matt answered I told him my problem. Which is my moms passing went by graveyard and the tombstone 26 years old looks terrible. Mold mildew moss ect. He said we don’t normally do that service but I’ll have my GM call you and see if we can find someone. I’m about 2 minutes the GM call. Charolette !! She said we don’t do that but I have. I said do you know of anybody. She said I have done it before . I’ll come by and do it tomorrow at 3 pm. The morning of the 8th she sent a text of time arriving a picture of her. She was meeting my 95 year old dad. She showed dad went with her and it looks great.!! Mom passed October 10.
