They completed the cleaning of a very dirty house in only one day. They house is now ready to be put on the market. Many thanks for the hard work that was done so well.

Krista, of Bio-One's Krista and Matt team, took a leap of faith leaving her corporate job to do something instead with the opportunity to truly help people on a personal level. Beyond Krista's sincere desire to connect with and help others, she is whip smart and works efficiently, coming up with resolutions to problems; she was the other side of my brain for projects we worked on together. Bio-One was incredibly helpful when my father passed away at his home. I called them very late in the evening, expecting to get a voicemail, and got a live person who was extremely kind and empathetic and he got me connected with the person that schedules and coordinates and they came out the very next day. They were considerate and respectful while they were at the home and they actually handled all the paperwork of filing the claim with the homeowners insurance for flooring that needed to be removed. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need.

I don’t know what I would have done if it weren’t for Matt & Krista. I needed someone to disinfect my moms trailer in Franklin. I live in Ohio so I didn’t know where to turn. I called Disaster Doctors in Franklin & he hooked me up with Bio One. They did the work for me the next day & kept me informed of what they were doing. I would highly recommend these wonderful people to anyone looking for their service

I had an awful odor leftover from a dead rodent in the walls. Matt and Krista came over immediately and helped to identify the source, clean the area, and restore our living space to its original state. Extremely nice and helpful.
